Scratch-a-Lot Farm raises vegetables and pastured poultry including Cornish Cross and Delaware Chickens and an assortment of heritage breed Turkeys. We butcher our birds in our own Washington State Department of Agriculture approved facility. So they are with us from their first few days to their last Delaware Chickens and many of our Turkeys are listed in Slow Food's "Arc of Taste" Our Birds are fed on fresh pasture daily with feed from Scratch and Peck Feed that has been certified to be non GMO, with no soy and locally available grains. It is almost all but not quite all organic. We supplement with a locals Brewers Barley Mash which makes a firm flavorful healthy bird.
