Our Story Two years ago we founded Letterbox Farm, a growing collective of young farmers in Hudson, NY. We are developing a diversified sustainable operation, producing super special vegetables, pastured livestock, honey, herbs, and heirloom flint corn. We supply to array of restaurants and direct markets in the Hudson Valley and New York City, and will be launching a diversified CSA in Spring of 2015. Our Mission To produce food that is rich in nutrition and rich in heritage. To be exceptional stewards of soil and place. Our Model Letterbox is the combined effort of a invested team. We share ownership of our business, make important decisions together, and divide and conquer management of different aspects of our farm. For us, working as a collective means that each of us can excel at what we do, while also getting to create (and eat from!) a well-rounded, highly diverse farm. Working as a team means extra organization and clear communication. It also means sharing the thrills and challenges of building this farm, with an all-star mix of skill sets, temperaments and talents.

Rhinebeck Farmers Market

Sunday 10-2

This Outdoor Market is located in the Municipal Parking Lot at 61 East Market St in the Village of Rhinebeck.

Schedule and Location:
We will be delivering to locations in the Hudson Valley and lower Manhattan in the 2014 season. We provide weekly produce availability lists and are happy to work with you on growing a variety you particularly love. Here are some foods we think you?ll love this year:

Fava Beans | Shishito and Padron Peppers | Spring Onions | Watermelon Radishes | Chicories | Rainbow Cherry Tomatoes | Fairy Tale Eggplant | Fennel | Celery Root | Mexican Sour Gherkins | Young Ginger | Papalo | Shungiku | Shiso | Chervil | Lovage | Baby Greens | Nasturtium | Tangerine Marigolds

After many years of working in kitchens ourselves, we think we get the drill: regular communications; professional and to the point; dropoffs during dead hour; produce that?s grown, harvested, cleaned, and packaged with thought to how you?ll use it.
