Last Bastion Homestead

At Last Bastion Homestead we focus on developing our community of like-minded homesteaders and network of city-folk who enjoy the natural way in which we raise our animals. We are regeneratively focused in the manner of our land stewardship and are working on reviving a piece of land that has been neglected for the past 30 years.

We offer pasture raised Red Broiler meat chickens in the spring and summer.

We also offer pasture raised White Breasted turkeys for pickup in early fall around the beginning of November.

(All of our poultry is fed with Modesto Milling feed, which is organic, non-corn, non-soy and non-gmo)

We have a small but expanding dairy herd of Jersey Cows that are part of our herd-share which has openings on occasion for joining. UPDATE: As of Jan 2025 we have a reservation list approx. 10 people deep. If you want to be put on the list please do let us know, we are growing slowly and people join up and drop off regularly.

We are working on scaling our garden to be able to start supplying vegetables and herbs, both medicinal and culinary.

Lastly, farm tours are available upon further communication.
