Heritage Dexter beef and world-famous Dorper lamb. All our cattle and sheep are pastured, grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free. We abide by the recommendations of the Global Animal Partnership; we are also Beef Quality Assurance producers. We encourage our customers to visit the ranch and see and experience how their beef and lamb are raised. We sell directly from the ranch - half and whole beef and lamb or specialty cuts and smaller quantities are available when we're at farmer's markets in the area.

For example - a whole Dexter steer, custom fabricated to your desire, will provide you and your family between 350lbs to 500lbs of beef; that's about 17 cubic feet of freezer space. A lamb, custom fabricated to your desire, will provide you and your family between 40bs and 60lbs of lamb; that's about 3 cubic feet of freezer space.
