Yohanan Farm

Yohanan Farm is a small scale family farm located in Purcellville, VA. We raise pastured poultry in the most sustainable way. Our farm does not use antibiotics, growth hormones or confinement houses. In fact, nothing separates our chickens from the pasture they thrive on. To protect them from predation they are sheltered by bottomless "chicken tractors" and moved to fresh pasture each day. Our chickens consume the grass they live on, insects, and a custom blend of non-GMO grain and probiotics from a locally-sourced mill. We love the flavor, texture, and size of our whole roasters instilling the confidence to bring them from our farm to your table. We're pursuing the Naturally Grown Certification, and once accredited will update this listing.
