Livingston Springs Farm

Livingston Springs Farm offers shares of our delicious and nutritious pasture grass fed beef and lamb as well as fresh eggs from our free range, pasture fed chickens. Compared to grain fed meats grass fed meats are lower in saturated fats (bad fats), lower in calories, and higher in the good fats such as CLA, omega-3 fatty acids, and is higher in vitamins such as Vitamin E, A, and the B vitamins. Grass fed meat is also higher in beta carotene. Our Belted Galloway Cattle and Katahdin Haired Sheep are free from added hormones and anitbiotics and we do our best to give our animals a comfortable, natural and low-stress lifestye. In addition we do not use pesticides or herbacides on our pastures. At Livingston Springs Farm we are doing our best to do our share for the environment by using sustainable farming practices, solar power and reclaimed water.
