Livingston Springs is top notch in our book! Lisa is delightful and a joy to do business with. We have purchased her great eggs and lamb. Have not tried the beef yet, but plan to in the near future. The lamb is incredibly flavorful and we have enjoyed grilled chops, yummy meatloaf, and our fav - pot roast with a blend of fresh herbs, topped with sliced onions. We especially love these accompanied with other local goodies from our nearby farmer's market. Doing business with Lisa is a breeze and she happily shares her wealth of information and stories from the farm.

It was such a delight to find someone raising grass fed beef here in Central Mississippi. The order was easy to place and easy to pick up at the Farmer's Market. The meat is labeled and packaged neatly and cooks up so well. We have cooked round roasts in a crock pot with onion and it is tender and delicious and the house smells like a home! We are so happy to support our health and this local farmer.

All of Livingston Springs Farm's products are wonderful. Their grassfed beef is tender and delicious, and we also enjoy the eggs. The eggs are richer and more flavorful -- not to mention fresh-- than store-bought eggs, (even the "cage free" and/or organic brands). Baked goods are so different using these eggs -- even an ordinary pie or cake becomes extraordinary! My husband cooks them every morning. Lisa is also delightful to deal with -- very accommodating to her customers and always eager to please. I am just thrilled they have made their products available in the Jackson area!

My share of grass-fed beef was ready last week. We cooked the round steak last night and had an "all-Mississippi" supper. The beef was delicious floured lightly and cooked slowly - pan-fried even-but adding water to the pan to prevent drying and keeping the lid on. Tender, tasty, and SUSTAINABLE. Thanks to Lisa for her friendly, knowledgeable sale and delivery. You are doing a great job. We had pickled squash, Buttercrunch lettuce and tomato salad, rice, and round steak. All grown in Mississippi.
