My share of grass-fed beef was ready last week. We cooked the round steak last night and had an "all-Mississippi" supper. The beef was delicious floured lightly and cooked slowly - pan-fried even-but adding water to the pan to prevent drying and keeping the lid on. Tender, tasty, and SUSTAINABLE. Thanks to Lisa for her friendly, knowledgeable sale and delivery. You are doing a great job. We had pickled squash, Buttercrunch lettuce and tomato salad, rice, and round steak. All grown in Mississippi.
