Hen and Harvest Farm

Hen and Harvest Farm is a small, woman owned regenerative farm located in Denair, California, started by myself, Alexandria! It was created from a lifelong dream to raise food and animals in a way that works collaboratively with nature. Our flock of heritage chickens and ducks are cage free, free range and even better, pasture raised, meaning they live on pasture, all day, every day! We also raise sheep and a jersey cow that are integrated into our rotationally grazed system. By using rotational grazing practices, our animals have access to high quality forage and gives our land time to rest in between, creating a strong and healthy soil. This results in happy and health animals that in return, give us eggs and meat that is fresh, delicious and full of nutrition!
