The Lamb's Quarter

The Lamb's Quarter is a colonial-era family farm dating back to 1690. Dedicated to doing things the "old-fashioned" way, we raise all our animals on pasture. The beef and lamb is 100% grass-fed; the pork and chicken free-range on pasture. We do not use any of the modern inputs that have come to define the "modern" farm -antibiotics, steroids, pesticides, and herbicides. Instead, we rely on pasture, sunshine, clean water, good management, and hard work. The Lamb's Quarter is offering a meat and egg CSA to those who are committed to eating food that simply tastes better. The CSA allows members to choose the option that best fits their needs. We have 5 different options to choose from, and 5 different delivery/pickup points.
