Meyer Beefalo Farm

Using regenerative land practices, we Pasture-raise and finish all of our Beefalo in a way that not only provides healthy meat but is also healthy for the land and environment. Beefalo is a breed of cattle that is a cross between a beef animal (5/8) and bison (3/8), resulting in meat that is higher in protein and lower in fat and cholesterol than regular beef. We sell our meat by 1/4's, 1/2's, or whole animal with ordering beginning in February and processing occurring between late June to early November each year.
