Holdout Farm

We are a small sustainable farm located in Sunbright, TN, an hour west of Knoxille. All of our products are naturally and organically grown/raised. We produce premium raw goat milk from registered goats with unlimited pasture and browse, who are fed a diet of fodder, kelp, and organic garden vegetables. We use no commercial feed, no dry grain. We produce 100% pastured eggs, from hens with all-day access to lush pasture on a diet of sprouted grains and peas and kelp; and seasonal organic fruits and vegetables. We're also Permaculture educators, and offer a wide variety of classes on Permaculture homesteading: low-cost, low-tech solutions for sustainable living. Check out our website!
