Apples from our cold storage are available in the winter months when Fresh Cider is pressed weekly. If you've never tasted real unfiltered apple cider, it's worth the trip. We are open all year now. Strawberries grown in our high tunnels begin the harvest in May followed by sour cherries and blueberries. We have pyo blueberries. Jams, applesauce, natural fruit butters and other delicious local items are available all year.
Our most recent endeavor is making Hard Cider. We use all our own fruit and ferment it dry. It's a delicious alternative drink.
Fresh Cider Pressing starts late September, we don't pasturize or add any preservatives; only available at our farm market.
