Harley's Family Farm

We are a small, family owned and operated farm specializing in grass-fed beef, all natural pork, and free range chicken and eggs. We never use growth hormones, steroids, or unnecessary antibiotics. Our beef is grown on our own, high quality pasture using intensive grazing techniques that mimic the animals' natural and instinctive grazing habits. This results in healthy, happy cows that produce lean cuts of flavorful beef, low in cholesterol and high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Our pork is raised on a grain diet supplemented with fruits and vegetables from our own orchard and garden. In addition, our hogs are raised in a natural environment where they are free to root in the ground for plants and insects. Our laying hens are free-range, pastured birds that truly "rule the roost"! Eggs from pastured hens have been proven to be lower in cholesterol and higher in Omega 3's as well as higher in other important nutrients. Our meat chickens are raised in portable pens called "chicken tractors". These pens, which are moved twice a day, give the birds access to fresh grass while providing them with protection from predators.
