Larson Farm LLC is a grass-based dairy farm in rural Vermont. We are 22 miles SW of Rutland, VT, and one and one half hours from Albany, NY. Our 35 Jerseys graze day and night for the entire grazing season, and are housed in a bedded pack for the winter. We  are producing 100% grass-fed milk, breeding for an A2 herd. We sell raw milk and cream top pasteurized milk. In our on-farm creamery we also make cream top plain and maple yogurt and butter. We are most passionate about restoring and re-mineralizing our soils, knowing that healthy soils bringing forth healthy forage which makes for healthy animals. This clean and nutrient dense food leads to healthy humans, who can then develop a healthy society. So, this is our way to change the world.

We feature healthy, clean, high fat, raw, 100% grass-fed Jersey milk, complete with active enzymes and fragile proteins intact. The salesroom is open all day-light hours, and we also deliver this high quality milk to our CSA. We also make and sell pasteurized milk, yogurt and butter.
