Our mission is to produce great tasting, high quality, wholesome meats with only the finest ingredients- grass, organic and/or GMO free feed, and clean water- the way nature intended it to be. Our cattle and sheep are rotationally grazed on beautiful pastures. Our finished beef and pork are mixed with premium cuts of steaks, roasts, chops, and ground meat. Our bacon is smoked without nitrates with hickory and cherry wood harvested locally. We do not use growth hormones, feed antibiotics, or other growth promoters on any of our animals. Compassion and humane treatment of our animals is top priority.

We use GMO free and/or organic grain for chickens and hogs along with grass for beef. Humane treatment of our animals is given top priority.
