Orchard House Creamery

Orchard House Creamery is a raw jersey cow milk herd share farm located in Spencer, TN approximately 15 minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park. We currently have 60 jersey cows that are 100% grass fed. We selected jerseys as they produce a higher butterfat content in their milk. This means the milk is richer and has a larger cream line on the top. Our girls do not receive grain of any kind. They eat only pasture and hay. We give them a treat everyday of lovely alfalfa hay to keep them healthy while they make milk. In the warmer months, we use rotational grazing on our pastures to ensure proper nutrition and health of both our cows and our soil. In the winter months, the cows are fed high quality hay that is also GMO free.

We do not treat with regular antibiotics or use hormones of any kind. If a cow is sick, her milk is removed from the milking line until the proper withdrawal time has passed and she is back in good health.

Our milk is bottled into HDPE non-leaching plastic half gallon jugs to ensure the flavor and quality of the milk remain untainted.

We do deliveries to many of the surrounding cities: Cookeville, Sparta, Spencer (farm pick up), Dunlap, Soddy Daisy/Hixson, North Shore Chattanooga, Downtown Chattanooga, East Brainard Chattanooga.
