Stone & Thistle Farm's grass-fed livestock and poultry are raised on pastures most of the year. Only grass and sunshine are used to raise naturally healthy, farm-fresh lamb, goat, pork, beef, chicken, turkey, rabbit and eggs. Fable's Kitchen products include chutneys, sauces, meat pies, pates, rendered leaf lard, etc. Products sold in our farm store or at area farmers markets. Markets in which we participate available for view on our website. Kortright Creek Creamery at Stone & Thistle Farm sells goat milk products. Kortright Creek Creamery's herd of Saanen dairy goats are 99% grass fed. Diets supplemented with a handful of local grain. Grass fed milk is healthier for you! Fable=farm+table is open for dinner Saturdays from May to October and open Sundays for an 11 am farm tour and noon brunch serving the best of the farm's organic and grass fed meats, dairy and produce. Retail cuts of grass-fed meats, eggs and goat milk products, local food and wool products for sale in the farm's store.
