Painted Goat Farm

Painted Goat Farm is a goat dairy and artisanal cheese producer located in the hills of Central New York State, near Cooperstown. The farm generates 100% of its electricity through solar power. Only milk from our own farm is used to produce our products. We believe this is important not only to keep our operation self-sufficient, but because the organic diet and care we give our goats creates a healthful product and flavor profile that is unique. Each day, twice a day, we milk and then we turn that milk into silky, creamy fresh cheeses or age them from a few weeks to several months in our own subterranean cheese cellars.
