Iron Farm Farmers Market

We have a lovely storefront market right here on the farm. Two of East Texas' top beef producers, Iron Farms and Griffin Ranch, have partnered to produce the highest quality, all-natural beef. Our calves are humanely and sustainably raised in a pature-centered environment without using hormones or anti-biotics of any kind. ​ We are "All Natural, All the Time" Our Berkshire pigs are raised in open pastures on the farm. This gives them access to fine rye grass, clover, millet and Bermuda in addition to fresh spring-fed water. Our pigs are raised humanely, without the need for antibiotics and hormones. The quality of their life is reflected in the quality of pork produced by our herd. We also have a wide variety of specialty meats including lamb, summer sausage, trail bologna, smoked sausage, bacon and breakfast sausage. Of course we have everything else you need. Farm Fresh Eggs from cage-free poultry, artisan cheeses, herbs and spices, local honey, molasses, seasonal nuts and produce, artisan jelly and so much more.
