Park Hill Poultry

Park Hill Poultry is a small farm in the southern tier of NY that raises heritage turkeys fresh for Thanksgiving time. These pasture raised turkeys are fed organic feed, never given antibiotics, and nurtured to have as happy and healthy a domestic turkey life as possible. Heritage turkeys are sustainable, meaning that I can, and do, keep a breeding flock and hatch their eggs. This can't be done with the commercially raised large breasted white turkeys that all have to be artificially inseminated. Purchasing a heritage breed turkey helps preserve the genetics of centuries of breeding, along with providing the most tasty flavorful turkey meat you can buy.
