Our goal is to produce healthy, nutritious food for families within our food shed. We have tried our best to model our farm after the practices of Joel Salatin from Polyface Farm www.polyfacefarms.com We control all aspects of our farm business. Our animals are raised and slaughtered humanely, and we make sure that our pastured grass fed products are the best you can get. 100% grass fed and finished Beef, and range Birkshire Pork. Buying bulk beef and pork with a custom slaughter is the most cost effective way to purchase your meat, however we do offer USDA inspected cuts as well.

We use our hens and roosters as our natural pest control and fertilizer. We strive to feed our livestock the diet best for their digestive system, this in turn produces healthier, happier animals. Our grass fed animals are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, CLA, and beta carotene. No antibiotics! No hormones! No chemical additives!
