Sold to local, Michigan families direct from our farm and at select markets, our pork is not "The Other White Meat." Reminiscent of the pork of yesteryear, pork from heritage breed hogs, raised outdoors in deep-bedded pens is darker, boasting more marbling and flavor than pork from modern pigs brought up intensively in barns.
