Promethean Pastures

Promethean Pastures is a small regenerative agriculture farmstead in the mountain valley of Celina TN and Moss TN! We practice permaculture and regenerative farming, no chemicals ever! We pride ourselves on raising our animals and growing our vegetables sustainably, and offering the best quality pork/lamb, veggies, and soon eggs.

Here is what we do:
- We raise registered Idaho Pastures pigs - the true grazer, we sell piglets to be raised up for meat as feeders and registered breeding pigs for breeding and also offer whole/half/quarter hogs.
- We raise pure blood Katahdin Hair sheep - beautiful meaty lambs- for breeding and meat both.
- We also have a backyard vegetable garden,
Our animals are on rotational grazing programs since the start. We are in the process of setting up a flower garden. We offer them as a whole pig, half or quarter pig or whole sheep. The pigs are pasture raised, their pork is of premium quality with great nutrition due to the grass grazing and roaming around the pastures being active and healthy!

Our hogs are premium pasture raised - much better cared for than regular pasture raised because they are on rotational grazing, which is very rarely practiced for hogs, but we do it, because it is the best practice to keep animals healthy and happy!
