Red Hen Farm

We have Spring, Summer and Fall vegetables, they include potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, shallots, garlic, spinach, swiss chard, bok choi, toy choi, cabbage, tomatoes, bell peppers, cubanella peppers, several varieties of hot peppers, kohlrabi, green beans, peas, summer squash, zucchini, several varieties of winter squash, pumpkins, ornamental gourds, sweet corn, ornamental corn, several varieties of cucumbers and okra. This year we are starting with our herb garden, we'll have catnip, basil, parsley, mint and several other common herbs. And we have a selection of luscious jams and jellies, peach, apricot, rhubarb/blueberry, rhubarb/strawberry, rhubarb/cherry, corncob (tastes like honey), apple, pear and others as fresh fruits are available. Then to top off your dinner table we have pastured chickens and turkeys processed in a USDA inspected plant. Also, brown eggs from cage-free chickens. We have the chickens, turkeys and eggs available year round. And, depending on growing conditions will have dried herbs from our garden available year round.
