St. Fairsted Farm

I loved receiving the weekly baskets. It was a real treat to try new vegetables such as shallots, daikon radishes, and beets. Tuesdays were the highlight of my week during CSA season. The farmers are a delight and provide a weekly newsletter with scenes from the farm, recipes and menu for next week. This year was my first year of many more to come of being a St Fairsted member.
