Carman Ranch

I purchased a half cow from Carman Ranch - Wallowa Valley this past fall. I found them at the Portland Farmer's market. The beef was outstanding - I had split the cow with some neighbors and we are all looking forward to buying another this fall. It's less expensive than grass fed beef at New Seasons and tastes fantastic!
