Schoolhouse Farms

We just roasted the blue (purple?) potatoes bought on Monday at the farmstand at Borodino Market with some olive oil, salt and rosemary (as Richard suggested) and they were heavenly.

My children, at first a bit skeptical because of the color, decided they were quite amazing. I just loved that they ate blue potatoes and liked them!!

This place is a gem. Thank goodness there is a local farm where we can try these vegetable varieties and fall in love with them.
