Lost Falls Farm

We bought a lamb from Jessica and Josh on Monday and broiled up some chops the same day. The lamb was exquisite--tender and mild. We stopped by the farm before picking up the lamb from the butcher and Jess and Josh shared their history of organic farming and vision for their farm here. It was a very pleasant morning, seeing people who love their work, the land, and their animals. We highly recommend turning to Lost Falls Farm for your lamb. I'm eagerly awaiting the dairy aspect!
