Creswick Farms

Ive been a customer on and off for Creswick for many years now. I travel quite a bit and wish I could enjoy there products more! Without a doubt their pork and lamb are the tops! Also if you havent tasted farm fresh eggs please do yourself a favor and get a dozen. You wont go back to supermarket eggs again! Grass feed beef is much different than traditional corn feed. Corn feed cows tend to carry more fat than their grass feed counterparts. Leaner doesnt necessarily mean the meat falls flat on flavor. Grass feed is just a different taste. Personally I dont eat steak much, but when I do it usually choose a more marbleized steak. Thats just the taste I prefer. However flocks of people are on the other end of the spectrum! I would say give them a try. Like I said their pork and lamb are to die for! They make some great sausage products, and offer some darn tasty chicken too! All in all you cant go wrong with this farm. You are bound to find something that you like and the family is just nice as can be!
