Smith Farm is the place to find the best bedding plants in early spring, the best corn and other fresh vegetables in summer, and the best pumpkins and squash in fall. Some of the produce is noted as being "on the way to organic," and Farmer Tom Smith tries to use fewer pesticides than many growers even on the non-organic plants. If you still enjoy canning and freezing produce, this is the place to buy that bushel of tomatoes. You will be steered in the right direction when choosing flowers or vegetable plants for your garden. Local fruits from other NH farms are also available in season. We try to shop here first before heading for the grocery store.
