Tarryall Mountain Farms

My fiance and I stumbled upon the farm one Sunday after getting lost - THANK GOODNESS! Lin had picked some purple and green spinach, arugula, and radishes for us which we had that night in a salad. YUM! The most amazing thing was that next Saturday I got out the vegies thinking I should boil them, then realized that they were still as fresh as when we brought them home but, figured I'd cook them, anyway. I'm soooooo glad I did! I've NEVER had cooked spinach that not only melts in your mouth but TASTES like butter! The trip to Tarryall Farms is WELL worth the drive. Not only is the scenery beautiful, the farm's soil is so rich - it's amazing! You know the produce is gonna knock yer socks off - it definitely did ours!

THANX T FARMS! Christeena Jefferson, CO
