My only complaints is the price at the co-op (which may or may not reflect the price from the farm) at $9.95 for a HALF gallon...ouch. Despite the website stating that wholesale purchases can be arranged direct from the farm, I have emailed them to set up a regular (weekly pick up) and have not gotten a reponse. This would be the only reason they dont get 5 stars.
I have dietary concerns that prohibit me from drinking cows milk or pastuerized milk. Having recently discovered this, I made the switch to raw goats milk from St. John Creamery. Wonderful in taste and in health benefits for me. Since I can't continue to buy milk for $20/gallon, I will be getting my own miniature goats to produce milk for me. Thanks to the delicious milk from St. John Creamery, I have improved health and plans to add little goat pals to our backyard. Hope my backyard hens dont mind the newcomers too much. I will NEVER drink pasteurized milk again (and certainly no cows milk).
