HighCross Farm

This was our first year involved with a CSA and it has been a great experience. I loved the weekly surprise of fresh, local, and in-season produce. It has been quite a challenge to find new and interesting ways to cook vegetables, but their weekly newsletter provided recipes to help with that. My children were thrilled with the fruit that frequented our box as well. High Cross Farm has been great to work with and I will be counting the months until the first box of the next season.
