The food is alive ! They have planted an organic garden that simply sings and most of the veg growing there will go to the cafe for customers. I am amazed with the practicality yet grassroots system of this place. Its a perfect prototype for every restaurant in the world. Growing garden, friendly intelligent staff, And the greatest part of all was the Chocolate!!!! WOOWW* The Chocolatier is based there creating these delicious raw chocolate L.O.V.E cups (Live Organic Vegan Euphoria) The name says it all! . I ordered 15 pounds to take home and savor the pure cacao flavor, mixed perfectly creating a spectrum of flavors that You must Try !!!
