Stowe Farmers Market

I have been to many farmer's markets around Vermont and New York State, and I have not ever been to one with as wonderful happenings as Stowe Farmer's Market. It has everything... amazing, and very fine crafts... delicious international and local foods for snacks or lunches... excellent music to keep up spirits for the day... events to join in with, such as rope making, dowsing, rug-hooking, even funny face painting for the little ones... and of course a great selections of fresh vegetables and greens from our local organic farmers ! It becomes a very special time for any and all of us! This includes the dog population who love to attend and meet others of their own kind ! Rain or shine, it is a joy to be a part of the day each Sunday, with all the exciting people who make it happen !
