Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm

This past winter, becoming interested in locally grown, pastured beef, pork and chicken, we purchased two cuts of grass-fed beef from Cedar Valley Sustainable.

We were extremely pleased with the quality! We are not big beef eaters, either, but the quality of the products far surpassed anything raised in a feed lot!

As a result, we will be seriously considering CSA with this farm this year.
