I have been purchasing beef from Michele for years at the Woodstock Farmers Market. It is tender, flavorful, and healthy. I love that her beef is pasture raised naturally - the way it should be - with no hormones, antibiotics, or GMO feeds. She is also very knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you might have. This past summer I decided to buy in bulk, and purchased 1/4 cow. I ended up getting an incredible deal - under $3.60 a pound for everything - steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, short ribs, soup bones, etc. How else can you get steaks and roasts for under $3.60 / lb? This meat will feed my family for a year, and was well worth the investment. If you have freezer space, it is DEFINITELY the way to go! Try her products - you will not be disappointed!
