Oberg Brothers Natural Beef

We recently tried Oberg Beef in the form of pre-made hamburger patties. As soon as we opened the box we could see a difference between these patties and supermarket hamburger. The meat is a dark red color with very little fat. When cooked on the grill these patties have a distinctive taste, with just a hint of sweetness, most likely a result of the way these cows are fed. I can only imagine how good their steaks must taste. If you care where your meat comes from this is definitely the place to buy your beef. Happy cows and really nice people!
