Whitewater Gardens Farm

I organized the Minneapolis CSA for Whitewater Gardens because I loved Lonny and Sandy's vegetables so much that I wanted to have them every week. The vegetables are beautiful and clean. Most importantly, the flavor is wonderful. They only use their prime quality vegetables, never seconds, and there is good diversity in every box. I enjoy eating veggies I haven't had before. It's fun coming up with ways to prepare the variety of vegetables each week (if we don't just eat them raw). I know Lonny and Sandy have a strong ethic about caring for the land as well as providing nutritious, tasty vegetables. The newsletters have interesting stories about what's going on at the farm, good info about the vegetables and good recipes to try.
