I got to visit Mr. Due's farm w/ a group (local Knoxville chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation) for a farm tour last year. We were all blown away at how beautiful and tasty his vegetables were and how he achieves his amazing success, without needing to poison the land with toxic chemicals. His talk to our group about the Albrecht Method he uses was very interesting. I hope he will return to the East Knoxville Farmer's markets next season, because it's so convenient for me and I was so pleased with everything I bought from him. I think he's goes to other farmer's markets, too, & you should look for him. You will be delighted w/ his fresh produce!
