We've bought from this farm many times. The beef is wonderful and is indeed quite lean. The taste is excellent!

We've also known this family personally for several years.They are honest people, part of the community, great to do business with. The Beggs are down-to-earth, friendly people who'll gladly answer your questions without pushing the sale.

Also important to note is that the meat processing company the Beggs use has a very good reputation in the area.
