Hi! I got a pastured pig from Hillyard Farms and it was simply delicious! Not only was the taste wonderful but I had the added benefit of knowing my family is eating healthy. There is no telling what is in that pork at the store. I do know Hillyard Farms pigs get to run and root and enjoy the sunshine unlike those store-bought pigs which are concrete raised and fed to gain at rates which are unbelievable!
