Star Cross Stables, LLC

I picked up a dozen eggs as part of a project on local vs. conventional eggs. The Star Cross eggs have noticeably darker yolks, and are much more flavorful. I was pleased to see during my visit that the chickens were well cared for and actually FREE RANGE! I know that these are some happy chickens, and I can definitely tell you a happy chicken makes me a happy consumer! I was so impressed with Kathy and Star Cross, and I can honestly say that these eggs are impressive to look at, and to taste.
