Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm

So I accidentially turned on channel 7's 190north show one Sunday evening and they were talking about sustainable farms. This was truely my lucky day, we had made steaks earlier that day, and they tasted like cardboard...So I began my quest to find farm raised beef/chicken and eggs......I would really love to find dairy too, but who knows?!!
Anyways, I called and talked to Beth about the variety and how it all works, bing bang boom, I sent in my check and I have already made my first roast chicken (of my life) and it was Fantastic.
The EGGS.....its kinda funny, thats the color healthy eggs are supposed to be.........who knew..........and super tastey. I made spaghetti cabonara and practially licked the pot the sauce was so tastey!!!!!
