Tony is truly committed to organic gardening. Not only is he an excellent farmer, but he wants to help you become one, too, whether you are just starting out with a container plant or two, or ready to jump into a large scale family garden, he wants to help. He is a natural teacher and is not satisfied until you walk away with what you need/want. His passion is contagious - be it for farming, organic gardening, good food and a holisitic lifestyle.

I asked Tony if he could help me locate some callaloo plants and he delivered. Not only did he give me some plants but he cooked up two dishes with them for me. This was such a special treat as I had not had callaloo for over twenty years and still get a craving for it!
