Moss Hill Farm

I tried the fresh beets from the Roswell Riverside Farmer's market this Saturday and they were great! I used them in a Spring Mix Salad with Feta Cheese crumbles, Walnuts and a French Vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for a summer dinner on the patio. I can't wait to try other veggies!
