Poplin Farms, Inc.

I have a couple of CSA shares with Poplin Farms this year, one for produce and one for beef. Shane and Jill are my heroes.

Everything we have received has been delicious. The care and presentation is so thoughtful and enthusiastic that the food comes wrapped in an aura of joy. Everything they do adds to the goodness: weekly email updates, recipes and notes on herbs and their uses, cloth bags to carry the goodness home. Even the string the greens are bundled with pleases me. All of it feels good and clean and fresh. I've never had such tender collards. And watermelon radishes!

Makes me want to feed everyone I meet. "Taste this," I say, "This grew just over the hill. Can't you just taste the sunshine?" I know I can.
