The Hiday Farm

As returning customers of the Hiday Farm veggie CSA, we were thrilled to get our first box of veggies this week. There was a combination of lettuce, kohlrabi, potatoes and broccoli in our box. An unexpected treat was the box of fresh Michigan strawberries Dan handed us. We enjoyed the strawberries for dessert tonight.

Last year I found the vegetables to be very high quality and abundant. Each week during the summer we looked forward to discovering what was in our vegetable box.

Dan and family are hard workers and they go the extra mile to please their customers. They have a special pumpkin planting in the spring and host the pumpkin harvest in the fall.

The Hiday farm is a well run CSA and we love being part of the fun.
