We took home the ground sirloin patties because it was basically the least expensive way to try out their product. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, this was the most flavorful beef I've had since I grew up on a cattle farm in Indiana some 30 years ago.

Absolutely fantastic. If you haven't made the switch to natural, grass-fed beef - it's time.

This is what meat should taste like. We will be seeing them every week at the Nashville Farmers Market.
